
What are the eligibility criteria?
If you are 18 or over, in full time employment earning at least £200 per month or
more, you are likely to be eligible. With some payday loan providers, you will need
a bank account with a valid debit card or a bank account that accepts direct debits
and maybe also required to prove your identity.

Why do you need this information?
As a responsible introducer we are required to verify that you are who you say you
are. In order to pass your details on to a recommended payday loan provider who
will check that you are in full time employment and can afford to repay the loan
and that your bank account is indeed yours.

Do lenders use credit scoring or credit reference agencies?
Yes some may do, however many do not use credit reference agencies to score your
application

I have bad credit history - can I still apply?
Absolutely, many lenders do not base their decision to lend to you over the long
term (12 months or more) therefore only interested in your present circumstances.

I don't have a debit card - can I still apply?
Yes, it is not always necessary to have a debit card attached to your bank account,
however please ask us for more details.

How do I apply?
Complete our quick and easy online form. If you are approved you may be asked a
few quick questions by the lender and then sign your loan agreement. That's it.

When will I get my money?
Your funds may be transferred same day however please check with your bank if they
accept Faster Payments, otherwise some banks may take up to 3 working days to clear
the funds.

How will I get my money?
It will be paid directly into your bank account.

How do I pay back my payday loan?
Your repayment will be taken from your bank account either from your debit card or direct debit on your next
payday.

Can I defer my payment?
Yes - although after deferring the payday loan twice you may be asked to start reducing
the balance. Deferral may incur new charges for every month the loan is deferred
- please consult your payday loan terms.

What if I have problems paying?
People's circumstances can change. If this is the case, you must let your lender
know as soon as possible as they will do their best to help. The most important
things to note are:
- Don't borrow money you don't think you can pay back
- Talk to your lender as soon as possible if you are having problems in paying back
the loan
